Our History
Founded in 2008 by Hon. I. A. Akinlade in Owode-Yewa, Ogun State, The GEM Int’l Schools has grown from 36 students into a thriving institution with two campuses, a boarding facility, and a consistent record of outstanding academic results.

Joining The GEM International School is a straightforward process designed to be smooth and transparent for every family. We welcome applications for both our Primary and Secondary School programmes across our Owode-Yewa and Sango-Ota campuses.
Applicants sit a qualifying entrance examination to assess academic readiness, followed by an oral interview for both student and parent.
Submit your completed form with a Birth Certificate, recent passport photographs, previous school results, and a testimonial to get started.
As a parent of six daughters, all of whom have attended (with some still attending) The Gem International Schools, Owode Yewa, I can confidently say that choosing this school has been one of the best decisions for my family.
